Personally I am interested in the new EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM lens. I have never owned a true macro lens and now may be the time to get one.

I know that the previous model of this lens was very highly regarded so the addition of IS to it and adding weather sealing make it particularly attractive to me.  I will be watching closely the reviews of this lens as they appear.

New EF-S lenses are not as appealing now that I have a 5D (full frame) camera even though I still have my 40D/30D combo. Neither of these EF-S lenses would work into my style of photography.

Will have to wait and see I suspect.
